MOG DIGITECH (01942) has announced that Mr. Deng Zhihua has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective April 28, 2026. The resignation is due to his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments. Mr. Deng Zhihua will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company.

Following Mr. Deng's resignation as Co-CEO, Mr. Chen Yongzhong, an Executive Director and the other Co-Chief Executive Officer, will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective from April 28, 2026. Mr. Chen will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the company and its subsidiaries.

Separately, Mr. Mo Mingdong has resigned from his position as an Executive Director, effective April 28, 2026, also due to his intention to devote more time to other pursuits.
