Referencing the company's announcement dated July 3, 2023, the property was originally acquired to increase office space, warehouse capacity, and accommodation for an awarded project, which is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, aligning with the sale's completion timeline. Additionally, the Group is actively bidding for high-value projects, and the incoming proceeds are expected to enhance the Group's cash flow and overall liquidity.
