MMG Limited (HKEX: 01208) has published its 2025 Annual Report, the circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and the accompanying form of proxy on both the company’s website (www.mmg.com) and the HKEXnews portal as of 28 April 2026.

Under the paperless listing regime introduced by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 31 December 2023, and reflected in MMG’s updated Articles of Association (adopted 23 May 2024), the company will henceforth disseminate all corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—primarily in electronic form. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are asked to indicate their preferred method of receipt by 26 May 2026 via the enclosed reply form or by email to mmg.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Three options are available: 1. Electronic version only (with email notification). 2. Electronic version only (postal notification if no valid email address is provided). 3. Printed copies of all future corporate communications (English, Chinese or both).

In the absence of a response by the stated deadline, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to receive future communications via MMG’s website, with postal notifications issued upon publication. Preferences can be changed at any time by contacting the company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
