Alltronics Holdings Limited confirmed on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/alltronics) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The Board, chaired by Lam Yin Kee, recommends shareholders—particularly those who are classified as Non-Registered Holders whose shares are kept through CCASS—to review the electronic version to facilitate timely access and reduce paper consumption.

Non-Registered Holders who encounter difficulties accessing the web version, or who prefer hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications, may obtain printed versions free of charge by completing the enclosed Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, Alltronics’ Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can be submitted by prepaid mail (within Hong Kong) or via email to 833-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other CCASS intermediaries. Until such information is registered, publication notices will be delivered only in printed form.
