Goldwind Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. announced on August 11 that, following the full occurrence of this guarantee, the total external guarantee balance of the company and its controlled subsidiaries stands at RMB 870 million. This amount excludes other non-financing guarantees that have not yet triggered guarantee obligations, aside from this guarantee, and represents 2.00% of the company's most recent audited net assets.

Among this total, the guarantee balance provided by the company and its controlled subsidiaries to entities outside the consolidated statements is RMB 195 million, accounting for 0.45% of the most recent audited net assets. As of now, the company and its controlled subsidiaries have no overdue guarantees or any guarantees involved in litigation.
