On 16 February 2026, Synertone Communication Corporation (01613) published a Next Day Disclosure Return disclosing the issuance of 87.12 million new ordinary shares through a rights issue on a non-underwritten basis. The issue price was HKD 0.135 per share, representing approximately 19.41% of the previously issued 448.74 million shares.
