Yang Xilin, former General Manager of the Financial Interbank Department at Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC), has been appointed as a member of the bank's Party Committee.

Additionally, Yang is expected to take on the newly created role of Director of Financial Markets Business at PSBC, overseeing financial markets, interbank operations, and asset management.

Previously, PSBC did not have a dedicated Financial Markets Business Director position, with only a Retail Business Director role in place. Currently, Liang Shidong serves as the Retail Business Director and is one of the bank's seven senior executives.

Public records show that Yang Xilin was approved as Deputy Head of PSBC's Shenzhen Branch in March 2010. Before assuming the new role, he led the Financial Interbank Department.
