On September 18, 2025, QINIU Cloud (02567) reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Wuxiang Cloud Valley, officially launching large-scale deployment in AI inference computing to create inclusive AI inference computing power for enterprises and entrepreneurs, jointly entering the hundred-billion AI inference computing market.

With 14 years of cultivation in the audio and video field, QINIU Cloud currently operates three major product lines: Media Cloud, AI Cloud, and LinX Cloud. Building on its audio and video cloud foundation, the company is making comprehensive efforts in AI inference computing products. The launch of LinX AI in August this year marks QINIU Cloud's comprehensive layout from cloud to edge, pioneering new futures in the intelligent hardware AI market.

In the first half of 2025, QINIU Cloud's AI-related revenue reached 184 million yuan, contributing 22.2% of total revenue. This revenue was primarily concentrated in AI inference services and computing resource leasing. From early August to early September, benefiting from over 50 callable large models covering LLM inference models, tool calls, AI programming, and inference interfaces supporting Claude CodeAI functionalities, QINIU Cloud platform's AI inference demand grew rapidly, with AI-related users quickly increasing to 15,000.

QINIU Cloud simultaneously provides customers with large model inference computing services and inference computing leasing, while offering mirrored AI inference solutions for individual entrepreneurs. Compared to the long-cycle, high-volatility AI training demand, AI inference demand represents continuous calls after models are "productized and serviced" - triggered constantly every second, minute, and hour across millions of users or hundreds of automated systems. AI inference computing will become a new growth driver for QINIU Cloud's AI business, forming an integrated three-in-one business connection with audio and video cloud and LinX AI for intelligent hardware.

As of August, QINIU Cloud platform's developer community exceeded 1.69 million members, with continuously growing new registrations and escalating computing demand for AI development. The cooperation agreement means QINIU Cloud can provide more refined large model AI inference and inference computing leasing services for enterprise customers and independent developers, further lowering the development threshold for AI applications. Creators and developers can significantly shorten the cycle from proof of concept to large-scale commercialization, accelerating AI application deployment.

Wuxiang Cloud Valley Intelligent Computing Center is an artificial intelligence industry core platform built around comprehensive inclusive computing services. Phase one of the project has a total investment of 3.6 billion yuan, with a total construction area of 149,000 square meters, capable of supporting two 10,000-card clusters and providing up to 40,000P of intelligent computing power. It has completed construction of a 5,000P intelligent computing cluster, and the cooperation will further unlock the commercial potential of Wuxiang Cloud Valley's computing resources.
