Seacon Shipping Group Holdings Limited (SEACON (02409)) has announced that on June 12, 2026, the charterer, its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Seacon Drybulk (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., entered into a time charter arrangement with the owner, Zhejiang Shipping (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Under the terms of the agreement, the owner has agreed to lease the vessel to the charterer. The vessel in question is a newbuild bulk carrier of approximately 63,500 deadweight tonnes, with an expected delivery window between October and December 2026.
