Star Sports Medicine has obtained the EU Medical Device Regulation (CE MDR) certificate for its entire product portfolio, becoming the first sports-medicine manufacturer in China to reach this milestone. The certification spans 15 product categories—including all-suture anchors, suture buttons, meniscus repair systems, metal and PEEK anchors, carbon-fiber composite anchors, interference screws, titanium buttons, non-absorbable sutures, ligament staples, disposable shaver blades, plasma surgical generators, disposable plasma electrodes, arthroscopic access cannulas and surgical instruments—covering implantable, active and consumable devices used across the shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, wrist and ankle joints.

Concurrently, the company has secured product registration approvals in the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand for key offerings such as plasma surgical equipment, electrodes, all-suture anchors and suture products.

These regulatory wins confirm compliance with EU and local standards, positioning Star Sports Medicine to accelerate its expansion in Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia while strengthening its competitive standing and product footprint in international sports-medicine markets.
