Spring REIT (01426) announced that Mr. Leung Kwok Ho has informed the board of directors of his intention to retire in order to devote more time to family matters. He has submitted his resignation as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Responsible Officer of the manager, effective October 31, 2025.

Mr. Chung Wai Fai, currently Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the manager, has been appointed to succeed Mr. Leung as Chief Executive Officer of the manager and Chairman of the Disclosure Committee, with the appointment taking effect from October 31, 2025.
