PROSPER FUTURE (01259) announced that the board of directors has resolved to dissolve and dismiss the company's executive committee and investment & credit committee, effective from August 28, 2025. The board simultaneously announced the following changes, all effective from September 8, 2025: (1) Mr. Chen Kaidi will resign from his positions as executive director and chief financial officer, and will no longer serve as authorized representative; and (2) Mr. Yu Zhengqian will be appointed as executive director, chief financial officer and authorized representative.
