On August 7, a public training session on the national standard "GB/T 45081—2024 Artificial Intelligence Management System" was held in a hybrid online and offline format, guided by the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration and hosted by the Shenzhen Standardization Association. Nearly 100 standardization professionals from enterprises, institutions, technical organizations, standard alliances, and industry associations across the city attended the training.

The training focused on common needs such as corporate AI compliance management, management system implementation, safety risk emergency response, and certification preparation. It featured lectures from Wang Yongxia, a senior standardization engineer and former Tencent senior expert standards researcher, and Sun Zhenpeng, the Asia-Pacific General Manager of EXIN International Information Science Examination Institute, President of DMI Digital Management Integration Co., Ltd., an EMBA from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University Netherlands, and an EXIN International Certified Digital Transformation Officer (DTO).

Wang Yongxia delivered lectures on three topics: "Overall Consideration of AI Industry Standardization," "Standards and the Economy, Current Status and Development Trends of the AI Industry Chain," and "Interpretation of the National Standard for 'Artificial Intelligence Management System'." She pointed out that domestic AI governance has shifted from guiding macro principles to institutionalized implementation, where risks such as deepfakes pose ethical and trust challenges, making standardization a practical necessity for industry development. The course systematically explained the four core standardization directions: interconnected intelligent agents, terminal grading, safety compliance, and metrology foundations. It also shared China's achievements in participating in international standard building and establishing a cross-regional standard coordination system for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Regarding the full AI industry chain, Wang Yongxia combined scenarios of intelligent manufacturing transformation to outline the current status of industrial standardization and the evolution path of a rule-of-law governance system.

Sun Zhenpeng delivered a lecture titled "AI Industry Compliance and Standardization Case Analysis." He benchmarked against EU AI regulatory norms, combining global industry case studies to break down key points for full-process AI compliance control. He detailed the classification of 37 specialized AI standardized roles under EU standards and systematically introduced the international professional certification system for AI compliance officers. Using global enterprise talent development survey data, Sun Zhenpeng provided clear, actionable approaches for participating units to build internal AI compliance organizations and develop standardized talent training systems.

During the exchange and discussion session, trainees actively raised practical challenges related to AI compliance construction and national standard system development. The lecturers, closely aligned with standard requirements and industry practice cases, provided targeted professional answers and offered optimization ideas. The Shenzhen Standardization Association stated that it will continue to deepen standardization services in the AI field, supporting the standardized, normalized, and compliant high-quality development of Shenzhen's AI industry.
