NEWTREND GROUP (02573) has announced the completion of all legal and registration procedures for converting its domestic non-tradable shares into H-shares. A total of 41.08234 million domestic shares were successfully converted into H-shares on April 17, 2026. These converted H-shares will commence listing and trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong starting at 9:00 am on Monday, April 20, 2026. The converted H-shares will hold rights identical to the company's existing issued H-shares, including but not limited to rights to dividend distributions, voting rights, and other shareholder entitlements.
