Angelalign Technology Inc. reported that Mr. Lee Leong Yin has resigned from his dual roles as company secretary and authorised representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05, effective 15 May 2026. The board confirmed that Mr. Lee departed without disagreement and with no matters requiring shareholder attention, and expressed gratitude for his service.

Effective the same date, Ms. Chan Hei has been appointed as both company secretary and authorised representative. Ms. Chan is currently a senior manager in Tricor Services Limited’s Company Secretarial Services division and brings more than 10 years of corporate secretarial experience. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Ms. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The board welcomed Ms. Chan to her new roles and reiterated its commitment to ensuring continuity in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
