Taobao Flash Sale is now offering multiple social insurance subsidies, including pension and medical insurance, to all riders. It has been reported that riders in cities such as Shenzhen, Guangdong, and Fuzhou, Fujian, have started applying for these subsidies, with coverage reaching up to 100%.

This initiative follows the principles of autonomy and inclusivity, allowing both full-time and part-time riders who meet the contribution requirements to voluntarily participate and receive subsidies. Riders can choose to make contributions either in their registered residence or workplace. Taobao Flash Sale will subsidize at least 50% of the insurance costs for eligible riders, while team leaders and honor riders may receive full subsidies.
