Zhejiang Galaxis Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Galaxis Tech) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 August 2026.

The company’s registered share capital remained at RMB 427.88 million, equivalent to 427.88 million H-shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. Issued shares and treasury shares were unchanged at 427.88 million and zero, respectively, leaving the total issued share count intact.

Galaxis Tech confirmed that it satisfies the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement. The initial prescribed public-float threshold of 21.04% of issued H-shares was met as at 31 July 2026.

Share-based incentives showed limited activity. Under the 2019 Share Option Scheme, 3.11 million options remained outstanding with an exercise price of RMB 2.2672. The 2021 Share Option Scheme recorded the lapse of 36,875 options during the month, leaving 4.68 million options outstanding at an exercise price of RMB 3.2375. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred. Consequently, there were no funds raised via option exercises in July.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance agreements, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

Overall, Galaxis Tech’s equity structure and share count were stable through July 2026, with full compliance on public-float requirements and minimal movement in employee share-option pools.
