Sandmartin International Holdings Limited (SANDMARTIN-NEW) announced on 30 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report have been published on both the company’s website (www.sandmartin.com.hk) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The 2025 Annual Report is available in English and Chinese. Shareholders who prefer printed copies may submit a request form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. The form allows investors to choose between English, Chinese or bilingual hard copies; each request remains valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

The 2025 ESG Report is provided exclusively in electronic format. Sandmartin International emphasized its digital-first approach and encouraged shareholders to supply a functional email address to receive electronic notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications. Until an email address is registered, notices and actionable documents will be dispatched in printed form.
