CDB LEASING (01606) has disclosed a significant transaction involving the sale of ten aircraft.

The company announced that on July 15, 2026, several wholly-owned subsidiaries of its own fully-owned subsidiary, CDB Aviation Lease Finance DAC, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with ORIX Aviation Systems Limited.

Under the terms of this agreement, the selling subsidiaries will divest nine B737-8 aircraft and one A321-200NX aircraft to the buyer.

The transaction will be executed through the sale of the beneficial interests in the trusts established in relation to these specific aircraft.
