Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address may now opt to receive electronic notifications instead of printed letters by submitting the enclosed Reply Form. Postage is free for mailings within Hong Kong using the supplied label.

Shareholders may request printed copies of all corporate communications at any time, free of charge, by contacting the registrar at the above address or email. If technical difficulties arise when accessing documents online, printed copies will be dispatched upon request.
