On November 20, the Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce issued an announcement disclosing the platforms and enterprises participating in the 2025 "Jingcai Infinite, Happy Shopping in Hubei" consumption promotion campaign. After voluntary applications and evaluations based on registration rules, the following entities have been confirmed:

1. Hubei Provincial Renewable Resources Group Co., Ltd. has been designated as the subsidy distribution service platform for home appliances and 3C digital products under the campaign. 2. UnionPay Merchant Services Co., Ltd. Hubei Branch will serve as the payment service platform for the subsidies on home appliances and 3C digital products. 3. Wuhan Haochao E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (Taobao, Tmall) and Vipshop (Hubei) E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (Vipshop) have been selected as the e-commerce platforms for retail subsidy vouchers covering other categories. 4. Midea, TCL, Haier, Gree, Hisense, Gongmao Home Appliances, Suning.com, and JD Home Appliances are the first batch of participating home appliance manufacturers and comprehensive chain retailers for the subsidy program on home appliances and 3C digital products.
