Fourier has introduced its first high-payload wheeled dual-arm robot, the GRW, designed for heavy-duty human-machine collaboration.

The GRW supports a stable load capacity of up to 16 kilograms and features a continuous operational capability of up to 4 hours on a single charge. This robot is intended for applications in warehouse logistics, industrial manufacturing, and elderly care scenarios that require significant load-bearing and collaborative work.

The robot adopts a "long-arm, narrow-shoulder" design, with overall dimensions of 720×618×1160-1650 millimeters and a weight of approximately 160 kilograms. Its shoulder width is just 585 millimeters, and the main body incorporates 29 degrees of freedom (excluding end effectors), allowing it to navigate narrow spaces such as indoor hallways, office environments, warehouse aisles, and manufacturing workstations.

For power assistance, the GRW is equipped with high-performance joint modules that deliver a maximum torque of 500 N·m, enabling it to handle a stable payload of up to 16 kilograms. A single unit can perform tasks such as material handling, transfer assistance, and rehabilitation training, effectively taking over repetitive physical labor.

The robot's maximum arm span reaches 1,970 millimeters, covering a horizontal working radius of 895 millimeters and a vertical working range from 0 to 2 meters. This allows it to meet a broad spectrum of operational needs, from low-level lifting and high-level retrieval to cross-station collaboration.
