Hilong Holding Limited (stock code: 01623) has alerted shareholders and potential investors that it expects to record a net loss of not more than RMB450.00 million for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025, versus a net profit of RMB30.00 million in 2024.

The anticipated swing to loss is primarily attributed to the disposal of a vessel, which management confirmed generated a substantial loss. Excluding the one-off impact from this transaction, the Group stated that underlying business operations “remain stable and are not materially affected.”

The Board is finalising the full-year results; figures cited are based on unaudited management accounts and remain subject to audit adjustments. The audited 2025 results are scheduled for release before end-March 2026.
