According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant shareholding movement occurred for CH TREASURES NM (02439) on June 5.

The total value of shares involved in the transfer was HK$29.73 million, accounting for 6.04% of the company's shares.

A shareholder transferred 8.168 million shares into Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) and transferred 64.752 million shares out of Baoxin Securities.

CH TREASURES NM also announced that all conditions set out in the placement agreement and the supplemental placement agreement have been fulfilled, with completion taking effect on April 22, 2026.

A total of 200 million placement shares, equivalent to 20% of the company's 1 billion issued shares at the date of the placement agreement and approximately 16.67% of the enlarged issued share capital of 1.2 billion shares following the allotment and issue, have been successfully placed to no fewer than six placees.
