NCI (01336) announced that its 39th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors, held on November 28, 2025, reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Nominating Candidates for Directors of the 9th Board of Directors." The board agreed to nominate Mr. Yang Yucheng and Mr. Gong Xingfeng as executive director candidates for the 9th Board. Additionally, Ms. Yang Xue, Ms. Mao Sixue, Mr. Hu Aimin, and Mr. Zhang Xiaodong were nominated as non-executive director candidates. Ms. Xu Xu, Mr. Guo Yongqing, Mr. Zhuo Zhi, and Ms. Zhang Xiufen were nominated as independent non-executive director candidates. All nominated candidates, except Ms. Zhang Xiufen, are incumbent directors seeking re-election.
