The homebuilder reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.24, significantly exceeding the Ibes estimate of $0.02. The company also announced first quarter home sales revenue of $319.7 million, with an adjusted gross margin of 20.2% and a pretax profit of $4.3 million.
Additionally, LGI Homes raised its full-year margin guidance and provided positive forward outlook, expecting FY2026 home closings between 4,600 and 5,400 homes with an average sales price per home closed in the range of $355,000 to $365,000.
