Beng Kuang Marine Limited announced on Sep, 1 2026 that it has issued 165,200 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 0.22 million Singapore dollars per share.

After the issuance, the company’s total share count rose to 300,157,379 from 299,992,179. The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares and are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange on Sep, 3 2026.

Following this transaction, 39,661,060 warrants remain outstanding, each exercisable at 0.22 million Singapore dollars and expiring on Sep, 3 2027.
