Weichai Power Co., Ltd. announced that its 2025 Annual Report and latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.weichaipower.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard-copy versions in their chosen language; others can access the documents online.

Effective immediately, the company has adopted an electronic-first approach for all future corporate communications in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A. Shareholders are encouraged to provide valid email addresses via the accompanying reply form or personalised QR code to ensure prompt receipt of digital notices and any actionable corporate communications.

Investors preferring hard copies may still request printed materials by submitting the reply form or emailing print@weichai.com.hk. Such requests will remain valid for one year from receipt. The company will continue to mail printed actionable communications to shareholders who do not supply an email address.
