C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) has announced that on March 6, 2026, the company entered into a legally binding investment agreement with Dizhi Green Carbon Technology Investment Limited (Dizhi Green Carbon Technology), the subscriber. Under the agreement, the subscriber has agreed to subscribe for, and the company has agreed to allot and issue, 40 million new shares, representing approximately 5.59% of the company's enlarged issued share capital. The net proceeds from the placement are intended to be used for the expansion of the group's carbon neutrality business, green technology research and development, project investment, and general working capital purposes. The agreement is conditional upon approval from the Stock Exchange's listing committee, completion of the placement, and other customary conditions.
