BEKE-W (02423) has announced the cancellation of a significant number of its own shares that were previously bought back.

The company confirmed the cancellation of 31,336,900 repurchased shares on June 8, 2026.

In a separate transaction on the same date, two Class A ordinary shares, which were returned by a shareholder without consideration, were also canceled. This action was executed pursuant to a share return deed entered into between the company and the shareholder on June 8, 2026.
