BeOne Medicines Ltd. informed registered shareholders on 10 September 2026 that the company has fully adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, replacing routine printed mailings. The materials affected include interim and annual reports, meeting notices, proxy forms, circulars and listing documents, which will be posted concurrently in English and Chinese on both the company’s investor‐relations site (https://hkexir.beonemedicines.com/) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company will not send email alerts when new documents are uploaded. Shareholders are therefore expected to monitor the two websites proactively. Printed versions will be dispatched only under two circumstances:

1. U.S. regulatory compliance – In line with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requirements, printed proxy materials (e.g., Form 10-K, proxy statement/circular and form of proxy) will continue to be mailed for general meetings. 2. Individual request – Holders who prefer hard copies must submit a reply form or email the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at BeOne.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.

For “Actionable Corporate Communications” that require shareholder instructions—such as elections or voting—BeOne Medicines recommends that investors provide a functional email address by scanning the personalized QR code on the reply form. If no email address is received, the company will send these actionable documents in print until an address is provided.
