COSCO SHIPPING Development Co., Ltd. issued a reminder on 24 April 2026 confirming the transition to electronic delivery of all future corporate communications for non-registered shareholders.

The company defined “corporate communications” as documents issued for shareholder information or action, including directors’ reports and audited annual accounts, interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be posted on the company website (http://development.coscoshipping.com) and the HKEXnews site (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies and related notification letters will no longer be mailed unless written instructions are received.

As no functional email addresses have been obtained from intermediaries, non-registered shareholders are instructed to provide email details to the relevant banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited that hold their shares.

Shareholders who prefer printed communications may complete and return the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email csdc.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and the request for printed materials.
