Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. has released the resolution announcement from its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. According to the announcement, the meeting reviewed and approved seven proposals. These include the Company's 2025 Board of Directors Report, the Company's 2025 Supervisory Committee Report, the 2025 Annual Report and its summary, the Company's 2025 Profit Distribution Plan along with the proposed declaration of a final dividend, a proposal on appointing the audit firm for the 2026 fiscal year, the Company's Director and Senior Management Remuneration Management System (2026 Edition), and a proposal to recommend that the general meeting grant the Board of Directors a general mandate to issue additional H shares.
