SG Micro Corp announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026 to review and approve the Group’s unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes consideration of an interim dividend recommendation and other routine matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Dr. Zhang Shilong, who serves as Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager. The current Board comprises seven members: two executive directors (Dr. Zhang Shilong, Ms. Zhang Qin), two non-executive directors (Mr. Lin Lin, Ms. Liu Ming) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Du Meijie, Ms. Tang Chunlin, Mr. Chan Yik Pun).
