On 29 April 2026, Wuling Motors Holdings Limited announced the online publication of the following corporate documents for FY 2025: the Annual Report, an accompanying circular dated 29 April 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report.

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.wuling.com.hk) and on HKEX’s news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). The board encourages shareholders to consult these website versions.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online materials—or who prefer hard copies—may request printed versions free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 305-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must provide a functional email address to their custodian banks, brokers or other intermediaries. Until such an address is recorded, the company will dispatch only printed notices of publication.
