Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited announced that its Board of Directors consists of Executive Directors Yao Cho Fai Andrew (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Lau Chi Chiu, and Wong Ting Kwan; one Non-executive Director, Wong Kwai Sun; and three Independent Non-executive Directors, namely Yeung Wing Sun Mike, Li Yinquan, and Cheung Marn Kay.

Four Board committees have been established: the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. According to the announcement, Yao Cho Fai Andrew chairs both the Executive and Nomination Committees, while Li Yinquan chairs the Audit Committee, and Cheung Marn Kay chairs the Remuneration Committee.
