INNOSCIENCE (02577.HK) announced that it is working with NVIDIA to jointly support 800 VDC power architecture, providing assurance for the expansion of next-generation GPU roadmaps and delivering complete GaN power solutions to empower next-generation AI Factories. Previously, the company also announced a placement of 20.7 million new H shares at HK$75.58 per share, with expected proceeds of approximately HK$1.565 billion.
