Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 annual report and accompanying circular, both dated 24 April 2026, are now available on the company’s website (www.cash.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have already elected to receive printed documents will receive the hard-copy package by post. Those wishing to obtain printed copies—or to change their existing delivery preference—must complete and return the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Alternatively, requests can be submitted via email to 1049-ecom@vistra.com. All printed materials are provided free of charge.

The company stresses that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying a functional email address. Without a valid email on record, shareholders will continue to receive notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form only. Address updates or new email details should be sent to the registrar using the same request form and contact details.
