IHH Healthcare Berhad (IHH) announced that its substantial shareholder, Mr Mehmet Ali Aydinlar, disposed of a total of 1.25 million ordinary shares in two open-market transactions.

The sales were executed through Citigroup Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd, UBS Switzerland AG for SZA, with 600,000 shares sold on Dec, 18 2025 and a further 650,000 shares sold on Dec, 19 2025.

Following these transactions, Aydinlar’s direct holding stands at 7.948 million shares, or 0.09 % of the company’s issued share capital. His indirect/deemed interest amounts to 517.773 million shares, or 5.86 %, bringing his total stake in IHH Healthcare to 525.721 million shares.

SZA refers to SZA Gayrimenkul Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.
