QUNABOX GROUP (00917) announced that its Board of Directors and the Board Audit Committee have received a letter dated April 23, 2026, from Ernst & Young, stating that the firm will not seek reappointment as the company's auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhonghui) as the new auditor upon the retirement of Ernst & Young. The appointment is set to take effect after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the meeting.
