Huang Changle has stepped down from his positions as an executive director and chief executive officer of HONG WEI ASIA (08191), effective January 28, 2026, having reached retirement age and wishing to dedicate more time to his family and personal affairs. Consequently, Mr. Huang has also relinquished his roles as Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee, member of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and the Company's authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Following Mr. Huang's departure, the Company's current executive director, Ms. Liu Yan, has been appointed as the authorized representative, with the appointment taking effect from January 28, 2026.
