The highest repurchase price was RMB 79.26 per share, and the lowest was RMB 77.35, bringing the total cost to approximately RMB 99,997,892.

Before the repurchase, Midea Group had 6,892,795,027 issued A-shares (excluding treasury shares) and 141,424,715 treasury shares. Following the transaction, the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 6,891,517,471, while the treasury shares increased to 142,702,271.
