AIA has announced changes to the composition of its board committees and the establishment of a new Technology, Operations and Data Committee, effective from April 1, 2026. The following board members will be appointed to the Technology, Operations and Data Committee, effective from the same date: 1. Mr. Gu Min will be appointed as Chairman of the committee; and 2. Sir Mark Tucker, Mr. Yuan Siong Lee, Ms. Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus, and Sir Chong Geng Siong will be appointed as members of the committee. Details of the changes to the board committee composition are listed in the accompanying table.
