HeartCare-B (HKEX: 06609) has announced a positive profit alert, forecasting significant financial growth for the first half of 2026.

The company anticipates its revenue will reach no less than 280 million yuan, marking an increase of at least 50.9% year-on-year.

Its net profit is projected to be no less than 60 million yuan, compared to 50.9 million yuan in the corresponding period of 2025.

Furthermore, the adjusted net profit is expected to be no less than 70 million yuan, representing a substantial growth of at least 104.7% compared to the previous year.

Key Performance Drivers

The company attributes the expected strong performance to several key factors.

Revenue growth is driven by broader acceptance of the group's products within its customer base, leading to sustained growth in end-user demand.

Furthermore, the group has successfully expanded its business coverage to more hospitals during the reporting period.

A rapid increase in revenue from its three core business segments—ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and vascular closure—has also been a major contributor.

Factors Behind the Profit Surge

The significant rise in adjusted net profit is primarily due to an increased revenue contribution from high-margin products, which has improved the overall gross profit margin compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, enhanced operational efficiency has led to effective control over sales, distribution, and administrative expenses.
