KAISA GROUP Reports Interim Results with Owner-Attributable Loss Narrowing Around 7% to Roughly HK$9.329 Billion

KAISA GROUP (01638) has unveiled its financial performance for the first half of 2026, recording total revenue of approximately HK$2.197 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 40.6%.

The company's gross profit climbed 22.7% to roughly HK$568 million, while the loss attributable to owners of the company stood at about HK$9.3285 billion, representing a year-on-year narrowing of around 7%. The loss per share was reported at HK$0.945.

As of June 30, 2026, the group held an aggregate land reserve of approximately 19.1 million square meters across 41 cities nationwide, with the Greater Bay Area accounting for about 12.2 million square meters, which constitutes 64.1% of the group's total land bank.

Within the Greater Bay Area, Shenzhen and Guangzhou, as key markets where the company has been deeply involved for many years, together account for 40% of the region's land reserves.
