China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) announced an updated list of directors and their respective roles following a board meeting on Jul, 17 2026.

The Board now consists of one Executive Director—Mr. Xiong Jianping—and four Independent Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Hao Gang, Mr. Huang Yuxi, Mr. Su Guoliang and Ms. Chan Pei Shan.

The company maintains five board committees. Mr. Xiong Jianping chairs both the Strategy Committee and the Sustainability Committee. Ms. Hao Gang leads the Remuneration Committee and sits on the Audit, Nomination and Sustainability Committees. Mr. Huang Yuxi chairs the Nomination Committee and is a member of the Audit, Strategy and Sustainability Committees. Mr. Su Guoliang heads the Audit Committee and serves on the Remuneration and Strategy Committees. Ms. Chan Pei Shan is a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination and Sustainability Committees.
