KNT Holdings (01025) has issued an announcement regarding the retirement of Mr. Zhuang Bin as an executive director of the company.

According to the announcement, resolution number 2(b) concerning the re-election of Mr. Zhuang Bin as an executive director of the company was not passed at the annual general meeting, as it failed to receive a majority of votes in favor.

As a result, Mr. Zhuang Bin has retired from his position as an executive director of the company effective at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
