This decision follows the inability to reach an agreement with the previous auditor, KPMG, regarding proposed audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. The company noted that proposals from other suitable accounting firms were more competitive. To maintain good corporate governance and enhance auditor independence, the board recommended changing auditors. KPMG has resigned as the auditor effective October 15, 2025. The appointment of Nexia is based on the recommendations of the audit committee and will last until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting in 2026.
