Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited (VMEP Holdings) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 12 November 2026 in Hong Kong to consider and approve the unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026.

The Board will also deliberate on the timetable for publishing the quarterly report following its approval.

VMEP Holdings’ current Board comprises three executive directors, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, chaired by Yeh Huei Fen.
