On July 20, 2026, Ka Ho Cheung sold 1.00 million shares of KB LAMINATES (01888) at an average of HKD 42.1 per share, involving about HKD 42.10 million.

Prior to the disposal, Ka Ho Cheung's long position in KB LAMINATES was 3.00 million shares, representing 0.09%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 2.00 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 0.06%.
